Install the ProSignature extension
The extension connects your Gmail and writes your signature straight into it — one click, no copy-paste. Two minutes, start to finish.
Prefer a manual install? Download the .zip and follow the steps below.
- Download the extension with the button above, and unzip it. You'll get a folder named
extension.
- In Chrome, open
chrome://extensions (copy-paste it into the address bar).
- Turn on Developer mode — the toggle in the top-right corner.
- Click Load unpacked and select the
extension folder you unzipped.
- Head back to your signature on prosignature.co → the Install step → click ⚡ Connect Gmail. Approve the Google permission once, and your signature is installed.
Why "Developer mode"? We're in early access while we finish our Chrome Web Store listing. The extension is the same one we'll ship there — loading it unpacked is just the early-access way in. It only talks to Gmail's signature setting and nothing else.
Heads-up: during early access, Google may show an "unverified app" screen for accounts we haven't enabled yet — that's Google's standard gate while our verification is in progress, not a problem with your account.
