The 5-person minimum. A team of two, three, four or five people pays the 5-person price: $4/month billed yearly or $6/month billed monthly. That is the same price as Pro for one person, so there is no reason to buy Pro five times. From the sixth person on, each added person costs $0.80/month billed yearly. Billing yearly is 33% cheaper than billing monthly on Pro and on Teams.

Cheaper options exist, and we say so (same date): Bybrand is $8/month flat, billed monthly only, for up to 10 signatures (ProSignature billed monthly is $12/month for 10 people); Patronum is $6.67/month for 10 users billed yearly, but it is a Google Workspace management suite that licenses every active user in the domain and needs a Workspace super admin; Gimmio's copy-paste signature packages cost less but do not deploy or auto-update signatures; Signitic is free for up to 19 people if you accept its mandatory badge.

Each of Patronum, Signite, Firma, BulkSignature, gSignature, Signivo and Exclaimer installs as a Workspace admin app per its own site, verified 18 October 2026 (gSignature documents a no-admin fallback with a CSV and the Chrome extension). ProSignature installs per person, from a personal link with the free Chrome extension or by copy-paste, so it needs no admin access. That is a difference in how it works, not a price claim.

Everyone who gets their own signature counts as one person: you, as the owner or admin, plus each employee you add. A team made of you and nine employees is 10 people, which costs $8/month billed yearly ($96/year).
The prices are the same everywhere; what differs is how the signature gets in. Gmail on desktop Chrome is the smooth path: the free Chrome extension inserts the signature with no Google permission, or you can save it into Gmail's own settings in one click. Outlook, Microsoft 365 and Apple Mail get clean copy-paste HTML with step-by-step guides for Outlook and Apple Mail; there is no automatic install there and no Microsoft 365 directory sync.
No. Each person installs their own signature, so nobody needs access to the Google Workspace admin console: the free Chrome extension needs no Google permission and no admin rights, and on a Teams plan each person gets a personal link to their own signature. A directory push for Workspace admins, which writes signatures into every mailbox from the admin console, is not switched on yet and is available on request.
Teams has a 14-day free trial. Starting it asks for card details, and you are not charged during the 14 days. The trial keeps the free plan's credit line, which comes off once a paid plan is active. The Free plan has no trial clock and needs no credit card. Pro has no trial, but you can design and preview all 13 templates on the Free plan first.
Any time. Billed monthly, you can stop whenever you like. Billed yearly, the plan renews once a year. During the 14-day Teams trial, use Cancel trial in the Plan and billing card under Settings; nothing is charged.
