ProSignature for agencies and web designers

You gave your client a brand, a website or a Google Workspace setup. Their email still goes out with whatever signature each person typed. ProSignature closes that gap: you design one branded signature, add the team and send each person a personal link. Plan on about 15 minutes for a team of up to ten people.

The short version: there is no partner program yet, with no revenue share, no reseller discount and no partner dashboard. What there is today is a free plan to try it on, a Teams plan at $0.80 per person per month billed yearly with a 5-person minimum ($8/month for a 10-person client), and a setup you can repeat for every client. This page says what works and what does not.

Who this is for

Anyone who sets up the tools of a small business and would rather hand over a finished job than a to-do list.

Brand and web studios serving small businesses

You deliver a logo, a palette and a website to a business of 3 to 20 people. The signature is the part of that brand that lands in other people's inboxes every day, and it is easy to leave out of the handoff.

Google Workspace resellers and consultants

You sell and set up the mailboxes. A signature is a natural last step of onboarding a new domain, and with personal links it does not need you in the admin console.

Bookkeepers and IT-adjacent freelancers

You are the person a small business asks about anything with a screen. A repeatable 15-minute job with a checklist beats explaining Gmail settings to ten people one by one.

Where it fits less well. Clients on Microsoft 365 or Outlook get copy-paste HTML, not an automatic install. Teams is built for companies of about 2 to 15 people. And if you need white-label templates or one dashboard across all your clients, that does not exist yet (see what we do not have yet).

What you get today

Everything here works for a Gmail or Google Workspace client without anyone touching an admin console.

One design, no employee editor

You build the template once: logo, colours, layout, socials, call-to-action. Each person's link shows their own name, title and phone inside it. There is no employee login and no editor, so nobody changes the design in ProSignature; a person can still paste something else into their own mail app.

Brand import in a minute

Enter the client's website and the app pulls the logo, brand colours and social links. You check them and fix what it got wrong.

A personal link per person

Every person gets their own link on prosignature.co. They open it in Chrome and add the signature with the free extension: no account, no sign-in, no Google permission, no admin rights. It covers replies and forwards.

Outlook and Apple Mail too

The same page has Copy signature: clean HTML to paste into the signature settings, with a button that renders in Outlook for Windows. It is a paste, not an automatic install.

You see who is live

Each person shows as Not yet, Invited, Link opened or Live in Gmail, so you chase the right people instead of asking everyone.

Edits reach everyone

Change a phone number or the design and save: every signature is re-rendered and reaches each extension user's Gmail on the next sync (every six hours, at browser start and when Gmail opens); pasted copies and copies saved in Gmail's settings need pasting or saving again. Promo banners are on the paid plans.

The extension is the free ProSignature Chrome extension. Brand import, the personal links and the status column are in the app.

What it costs your client

$0.80 per person per month billed yearly, with a 5-person minimum and no platform fee: a 10-person client costs $8/month ($96/year).

Teams is $0.80 per person per month billed yearly, with a 5-person minimum: $4/month ($48/year) covers up to 5 people, 10 people cost $8/month ($96/year) and 15 people cost $12/month ($144/year). Billed monthly it is $1.20 per person ($6/month for up to 5 people). 14-day free trial.

Up to 5 people$4$48$6
10 people$8$96$12
15 people$12$144$18
20 people$16$192$24
50 people$40$480$60

A client who is one person is the single-user plan. Pro costs $4/month billed yearly ($48/year) or $6/month billed monthly. Prices are in USD.

Pass it through or mark it up

The account owner pays ProSignature the list price. You can have the client pay us directly and charge your own setup fee, or you can pay the subscription and fold it into a monthly retainer with a margin. Either is your call. We do not set what you charge and we take no cut of it.

The credit line

Free signatures carry one small clickable 'Created with ProSignature' line under the signature; Pro removes it. On Teams the line is removed on a paid plan and shown during the 14-day trial. There are no white-label or co-branded templates: the signature carries your client's brand.

Partner onboarding checklist: roll out a client in about 15 minutes

The same nine steps for every client. Print it or paste it into your own project tool.

  1. Collect the inputs. Before you start, get the client's website address, a clean logo file if the site's logo is poor, and a list of everyone who sends email: name, work email, title and phone. Note who uses Gmail in Chrome and who uses Outlook or Apple Mail.
  2. Create the account on the client's domain. Sign up with a mailbox on the client's own domain, ideally with the owner beside you. The account belongs to whoever signs up, so use an address the client will keep. Each client is its own account.
  3. Import the brand. Enter the client's website and let the app pull the logo, brand colours and social links. Fix whatever it got wrong, and check the logo on a white and on a dark background with the dark mode tester.
  4. Design the one template. Pick the layout, set what every person shares (company, website, call-to-action) and preview it with a real person's details. The free plan installs the Basic template; the paid plans unlock all 13 templates, the call-to-action button and promo banners.
  5. Add the people. Add each person by work email and type their title and phone. The app checks everyone against every field the signature shows, so a missing phone number is flagged before the links go out.
  6. Send the personal links. In the people list, use Copy link or Email the link next to each person. The email opens in your own mail app, ProSignature sends nothing for you. Copy all gives you one line per person if you would rather send them yourself.
  7. Watch the status column. Each person moves from Not yet to Invited, Link opened and Live in Gmail. Nudge the people who have not opened the link and finish when everyone is live.
  8. Test it and hand over. Send a message from one person's Gmail and check the signature on a new message, a reply and a forward. Outlook and Apple Mail users click Copy signature on their link page and paste it into their signature settings. Tell the owner that titles, phone numbers and the design are changed in the same account and reach extension users on the next sync (Outlook and Apple Mail users paste again). Don't open a teammate's link in your own Chrome: it links your extension to their signature (and marks them live). Use View to preview it.
  9. Book the follow-up. Put a short monthly slot in the client's retainer or care plan for new joiners, leavers and a fresh promo banner. It takes minutes and keeps the signatures current.

About the 15 minutes. That is our working estimate for a team of up to ten people, most of it spent on the design and on typing titles and phone numbers. It is not a measured guarantee, and a bigger team or a messy logo takes longer.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is there a partner program, revenue share or reseller discount?

Not yet. There is no revenue share, referral fee, reseller discount or partner dashboard, and nothing to sign up for. If you expect to bring several clients, email porshianboti@gmail.com with the subject Partner and tell us what you need. We would rather work it out with a real use than invent a program on a web page.

Do I need a Google Workspace admin account to set a client up?

No. The personal links work without admin access: each person opens their own link in Chrome and adds the signature with the free extension, which asks for no Google permission. A Google Workspace admin push from the directory is built but not switched on for accounts yet, so ask us if a client wants it.

Can I manage several clients from one login?

Not yet. Each client is its own ProSignature account with its own brand, people and billing, and there is no agency view across accounts. The checklist above is written for that: the same steps, one account per client.

Who pays, and can I add a margin?

The account owner pays ProSignature the list price. What you charge the client for setup, or whether you fold the subscription into a retainer with a margin, is between you and your client. We do not set it and we take no cut.

Will my client's signature say ProSignature?

Free signatures carry one small clickable 'Created with ProSignature' line under the signature; Pro removes it. On Teams the line is removed on a paid plan and shown during the 14-day trial. We have no white-label or co-branded templates: the signature carries your client's brand.

What about clients on Microsoft 365 or Outlook?

They get clean copy-paste HTML, with a button that renders in Outlook for Windows, and step-by-step guides. There is no automatic install and no Microsoft 365 directory sync. The one-minute install is for Gmail in desktop Chrome.

What does each employee have to do?

Open their personal link in Chrome and click the button to add the signature, about a minute. No account, no password and no Google permission. If they use Outlook or Apple Mail they copy the signature from the same page instead.

Does it reach Gmail on a phone?

Not through the extension, because Chrome extensions do not run in the Gmail app. The Gmail app uses a signature saved in Gmail's own settings for new messages when no separate mobile signature is set, which the optional one-click save into Gmail can do. Google shows an unverified-app screen for that until our verification completes.

How big a client team is this for?

Teams is built for companies of about 2 to 15 people. The price table above runs to 50 people ($40/month billed yearly); for a bigger team we would like to talk first.

What does it cost to try on a client?

The free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card, and Teams has a 14-day free trial. A good first test is your own signature and one client team of five.
